I’m not a very good cook, but I’m trying.
This is a laof of Nasello (hake) and leek.
As you can see I forgot to brush the surface with oil, so it got dry and crunchy.
But beside the crunchy surface it was really nice.
The photos were shot in color and then converted to black and white.
