Summer is quickly fading away.
Even if the sun still shines from a blue sky, you can feel the autumn arriving
The view is more brown and dull than green and bright.
The days are getting shorter, now to eat outside,
the candles are not enough,
you have to light some electric lightning as well.
I adore this season, but then I love all the seasons.
In the last years I have come to appreciate autumn and winter more and more.
This is mostly because my time belongs to me again.
During the Spring and the Summer I divide the time,
between family and work.
Being a guide is rather demanding,
I’m available all the day, every day of the week.
Always with the cell phone close, near, next.
As a matter of fact I change the ring tone every autumn
I know it is silly but I can’t help it.
September and October has become more crowded then April and May.
The weather usually is better, cooler, chillier perfect for hiking.
Peach “ice cream”
without milk, eggs and sugar!
Frozen bananas in slices
fresh peaches cut in pieces
some tablespoons of concentrated apple juice
Put all the peaches in a blender.
Blend until smooth, add the banana and the apple juice,
blend until mixed. If you want to eat the ice cream
immediately stop before it is melted.
If you want to make your own popsicles, pour the liquid in popsicle moulds.
Let freeze for 4-6h.
you can use any fruit you like.
Also raisins add sweetness to the ice cream and is much easier to find than the concentrated apple juice.
