Hot, warm, humid, sweaty summer.
We waited for it so long, now we are in the middle of it and are all suffering.
Yesterday I had a group of hotelguests and took them to Costabella.
It was a kind of “test”, this is something I would like to propose for the guests of “my” hotels next year.
I have worked a lot and when I come home I’m so tired that the only thing I have force to do is salads, salads and again salads.
Mostly with spelt, because it gives me energy, but also barley or different legumes. Fortunately all members in our family is great cereal, vegetable and fruit lovers, so any new idea or experiment is well accepted.

If it also does any I good I don’t know, but it tastes wonderful!
a piece of grated or sliced fresh ginger
10-12 fresh mint leaves
Put all ingredients in a jug and put in the fridge over the night.
The next day, drink and enjoy!
You should drink all the 2l in one day.
You can reuse the ingredients also the next day, but then start from new.
