Elderflower and Herb Vinegar- Hollunder und Kräuter essig – Fläder och ört ättika – WHB #335 (en)

Every time it is the same..
after some hours of walking we start talking about FOOD!

If it is bigger groups we usually end up in some restaurant along the way, if it is with the guest from the hotels we end up in some bar.
It is fascinating to hear what people in other countries do with the some ingredients we use.
I started to use Elder berries and quince f. ex, much much more since I walk with my tourists.

This recipe was given me by Margit after the walk Pai di Sotto – Castelletto

PaiCastelletto 2012 (fit&sun)

Filter and enjoy.

It is very nice with green salad and you just must try it with a potato salad. wow!
:-)

This recipe goes to Simona di Briciole  hosting this weeks WHB.

Thanks to, Kalyn di Kalyn’s Kitchen    for this lovely idea and
Haalo,Cook (almost) anything at least once  for managing success fully this event.
And  also for giving me the opportunity to manage the Italian Version of WHB.

  1. Record di lunghezza di un URL battuto! ;) L’aceto aromatizzato e’ una delle cose che vorrei provare a fare. E anche l’aceto fatto in casa. Grazie del contributo. Carina la foto in alto.
