The season is slowly ending, every day another Hotel closes.
Bars and restaurants is more and more empty.
I enjoy this last days, the weather has been good, so
me and the last tourist have had the Garda Lake almost on our own.
Monday I didn’t do my usual trekking from Tempesta to Torbole, because I had a family with a little girl.
So I suggested an easier walk, along the beach from Torbole to Riva.
It was beautiful!
The beach was empty, no people where around.
When we got to Riva, we went up to the Bastione
A tower made by the Venetians in 1508.
From there you have wonderful view over the town of
Riva, the MOnte Brione – 376mt,
(it is in the middle between Torbole and Riva)
and the mountains behind.
On the left Monte Stivo – 2058mt, Monte Velo – 1136mt
Passo San Giovanni – 286mt and Altissimo di Nago -2078mt,
on the right.
Also in Riva it is difficult to find a bar open now.
Most of them are closed.
But it didn’t matter, we strolled around in the vicoli and in the piazzas and then slowly turned back home again.

See you next season.
The photos were shot in color and then converted to black and white.
This is my submission to week #16 edition of
Black and White Wednesday – A Culinary Photography Event,
recently launched by Susan of
The Well-Seasoned Cook.

Grazie SuperAle, le ultime 3 le ho fatto mentre correvo prendere il pullman.

Così ho corso, ululato e agitato la macchinetta digi nell’aria per fermarlo. hahahaha
Che disaster che sono!
